Paul Sabia leads Daniel Rhodes through a mega chunk section of the Blue Ribbon trail in Tijeras, New Mexico. This section of trail no longer exists, as it was rerouted in late 2016. Never take your trails for granted!
If you want to ride the Blue Ribbon trail, it is still a great ride! The most common way to access this trail is by starting at either the Otero or Tunnel Trailheads in Tijeras. It is probably a bit snowy as of this writing, but it is typically one of the first trails in the Otero area to dry out after winter because of its ridge top location.
